This single whiskey has aged in former beer barrels from Malka Brewery, one of the largest breweries in Israel.  These barrels, originally former Bourbon barrels awarded to Malka Brewery by M&H, were used to age Malka's strong beer, which is characterized by notes of coffee and Mary chocolate.  After 6 months, the barrels were emptied and returned to the distillery, refilled and used to age this whiskey edition from the Art & Craft series.

The barrels we will use for aging are limited editions as part of the ART & CRAFT series.
Each bottle bears a special label that is a re-creation of the image of the bull representing the distillery, using mixed media.

Aroma

Opens with citrus, wildflowers and golden apple and continues with toffee, tobacco and dark chocolate.

Potency of orange and marzipan ether, green apple, and dark chocolate-covered orange peel.

A distinctly ripe banana accompanied by mint. Dark red apple with cocoa beans and biscuit gently take over afterwards.
