The whiskey aged in a barrel in Raban and moved to a six-month finish in a barrel of former pomegranate wine that gave it its local flavor.

Apex is a series that reflects the peak of the distillery's creativity and innovative spirit. The series includes alternating expressions of individual barrels or limited editions specially selected by the main distillery of M&H.
Each expression of the distillery is a single malt produced according to the strictest Scottish standards, taking advantage of the climatic zones and unique characteristics of Israel.
